Special Stage Technical Works
Study of Mechanical & Static Stage Arrangements
Preparation of a detailed study for the Over Stage Machinery, Under Stage Machinery and Rigging Systems (lifting, moving, rotating, hanging of stage equipment), with strength, stability and safety testing, in accordance with applicable standards and the operational requirements of the theater.
Design & Supply of Special Mechanisms (Over / Under Stage Machinery)
Selection, sizing and supply of lifting devices, stage fabrics, rotating platforms, stage movement mechanisms (drops) and related Under Stage Machinery components, as well as Over Stage Machinery stage suspension, movement and change mechanisms.
Rigging Systems
Design, supply and installation of Rigging Systems for the safe suspension, movement and modification of stage elements, lighting and equipment, using certified hoists, wire ropes, pulleys and suspension points.
Construction & Installation of Metal Infrastructures
Construction and installation of metal carriers, bases, guides and supporting elements for the mounting of Over Stage and Under Stage mechanisms, with precise alignment and appropriate anti-vibration/anti-shock provisions.
Installation of Automation & Electro-mechanical Equipment
Installation of motors, gearboxes, sensors, travel limiters, power and signal wiring, as well as installation of power and automation panels to control stage equipment systems (SIL3).
Control, Security Systems & Special Projects
Implementation of control systems (control panels, consoles), their interconnection with central theater control systems, integration of safety devices (emergency stop, interlocks, audiovisual indications), as well as implementation of Special Projects with special movements or complex operating scenarios depending on the needs of the production.
Control Positions, Testing, Commissioning & Training
Configuration of ergonomic operating positions, test operation of all mechanisms under load, adjustments, safety checks and final delivery in full operation, as well as staff training in the use of stage equipment systems.
